I’m baack! My Tarot course with the TABI mentors, along with some seven-day workweeks in my editing business have kept me away from my Lenormand studies, but now as the Tarot course winds down, I look forward to continuing with the Lenormand system. I have been doing three-card daily readings regularly to hone my skills at card meaning combinations, with some interesting concrete results (Lenormand predicted when my fish would die, for example). I’ve already had some really accurate practical results, which is very cool.
As part of my training, I need to expand into larger groupings of cards, and the next level is the five-card draw. I was doing these back in September and will get back into that now. I will give my interpretation here on this day, and then come back to this post in a week to take a look at the results. If you are following this blog, I just realized that the best way to do my results is in a comment, which should ping you when I post it, so I’ll do that instead of editing the post.
Today I drew Fox-Mountain-Fish-Moon-Park. I’m using the French Cartomancy Lenormand this week.
I can certainly see the emphasis on work (Moon is my work card) because this is a busy time of year in editing and book indexing with publishers and authors trying to get things done by the end of the year. The key card (center one) is about money, I think. First pair to consider is Fox+Mountain. I’m thinking either some kind of trick or manipulation has been blocking my cash flow or I will need to be clever to manage my cash flow this week because it may be interrupted. On the other side (Moon+Park), I see lots of work to do to make more money. Mountain+Moon indicates that I will be successful in moving past obstacles to cash flow this week.
So, overall, I expect lots of work to do that will pay well, and that I will be able to figure out how to deal with any obstacles that occur, although at least one of them may involve someone actively working against me (Fox+Mountain) (fussy client who doesn’t want to pay what I’m worth, maybe?).
Any and all alternative readings are welcome. Please comment below if you are so inclined, and I’ll be back at week’s end to check in on the results.
